For more than 7 years, David has worked as a Freelance Digital Media Artist on many high profiled projects in the design and entertainment industry. His broad range of skills allowed him to reach across into many fields from graphic design to video games. As a freelance artist, David has work with many clients including Microsoft, Big Fish Games, Black Lantern Studios, Cisco and many other game and design studios. David has helped work on many different projects such as Star Wars Kinect, Crimson Dragon, Gears of War, Madame Fate, Disney's Wizards of Waverly Place and The Serpent of Isis. David Thany Co-founded Sobai Games in the summer of 2011.
As Chief Creative Officer his responsibilities are to provide a comprehensive vision for Sobai Games products and branding. From concept to final product, David heads the creative process and leads the design team by clearly communicating design concepts, mentor and teach design principles and digital media software as needed, while leading by example.
For more than 12 years, Bill has designed, built, and delivered entertainment experiences for products such as Windows Media Center Edition, Ford Sync, Windows Phone, and Xbox. Bill is always searching for opportunities to invent and refine the way that people entertain themselves. As the industry is moving through a golden age of the independent developer, Bill is looking forward to seeing his team at Sobai Games give people new ways to have fun. Bill will continue to leverage his industry experience, building entertainment experiences which are used by millions of consumers daily, to create games which leave a lasting fond memory for those who choose to enter our world.
As Chief Technology Officer, Bill's responsibilities include architecting and developing game engines, and seizing the capabilities of modern technologies to make our ideas come to life. Development at Sobai Games incorporates the Rule of the Loop development principle, and aims to deliver products that are impactful, memorable, and refined.
